Emme, the People SMART Princess is the 7th book in Dr. Mary Massey’s SMART Parts series. This series introduces children and adults to Dr. Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, through a child-friendly story and colorful illustrations. Emme’s character, from the award-winning series introductory book, Ellie Rae Discovers Eight Ways to be SMART, joins her friends in recognizing and honoring each of their SMART parts. Emme is People SMART.  She is a leader and enjoys participating in sports and group activities. This story, with a rhyming text, features Emme and her little sister, Lacey. It focuses on the Interpersonal Intelligence, but makes note of all eight intelligences through the eight characters featured throughout the series.
